SURF

Can/can't you surf?

"You can do one form of exercise" said the British Government. People surfed and were told not to. So, what can you do? Is the sea on your doorstep? If so, you can surf. Gotta drive to the beach? Then don't bother. You can't drive to exercise. The clear advice is that you can exercise once per day, but only from where you live. So if your landlocked, dust off your Asics! In Australia the instructions are about as clear as muck.
