Side Notes is a weekly round up of everything and anything that catches our short attention span over the past week, coming to you live and direct every Friday.
Kings of POV - Shane Dorian & Anthony Walsh
Anthony Walsh and Shane Dorian team up in Australia in search of the finest tubes, and the best footage of it. Equipped with a shed load of GoPros and every mount you can think of, the result; the double barrel money shot. The second part will feature Ry Craike and Mikala Jones serving up their own POV footage. Enjoy some uncrowded breaks, intense shots and of course, vast, caverns of blue.
Black Sabbath - Planet Caravan
Sitting as the third track on 1970s Paranoid, sandwiched between Paranoid and Iron Man, It's no surprise that Planet Caravan is often overlooked, not to mention a slight departure from the usual Sabbath sound. Planet Caravan sees Black Sabbath venture out into their psychedelic side, 'floating through the universe with one's lover', according to bassist Geezer Butler.

Toy Machine - Good & Evil
Transworld Magazine's 2004 'Video of the Year' kinda slipped between the cracks amongst the early 2000s skate scene, of course the golden age of skate video. Shit internet meant only one way to get hold of skate videos back then; magazines. Ed Templeton, Diego Bucchieri, Jonny Layton and co adorned the cover with Good & Evil and I was sold. The soundtrack features Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, Patti Smith, T-Rex and providing music to one of the best outros to any video ever; Explosions in the Sky.
